Who can apply

Registration is restricted to institutional accounts. Only addresses ending in @atu.edu.iq (Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University) can create a submitter account. The form rejects any other domain, sends a verification link to the @atu.edu.iq inbox, and activates the account only after the link is clicked.
